Tire Company Dębica S.A. is a leading Polish manufacturer of tires for passenger cars, vans and trucks. Since 1995 the American concern The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has become the strategic investor in the Company and currently it holds indirectly, through Goodyear Holdings S.à r.l based in Luxembourg approximately 87.251% of the share capital of the Company.

The Company's registered office is located in Dębica (Podkarpackie province), where the tire factory is also located. The company operates in the Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC. Tire Company Dębica S.A. does not form a capital group.

Tire Company Dębica S.A. is a manufacturer of tires for passenger cars, vans and trucks. It offers a wide range of products tailored to the diverse needs of customers related to:

variable weather conditions - the offer includes summer, winter and all-year-round tires,

different surfaces,

driving styles (for long or short distances, calm or dynamic driving),

car brand - the Company provides tires for the original equipment of leading car brands.

financial capabilities (economy class, middle class or premium).

The company produces tires both of its own brand Dębica and of other brands of the Goodyear concern, including Goodyear, Dunlop, Fulda, Sava. In addition, Debica tires are manufactured by other production facilities owned by Goodyear. Tire Company Dębica S.A. is also a manufacturer of curing membranes for the production of tires.

In 2018, the Company's sales value amounted to PLN 1,932.2 million and was lower than in 2017 by PLN 31,185 thousand (1.6%). Sales to foreign markets amounted to PLN 1 712.3 million and constituted 88.6% of the total sales value, including 98.5% sales to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. with its registered office in Luxembourg. The value of sales on the domestic market amounted to 11.4% of total sales revenues.’

Main export markets for tires manufactured in T.C. Debica S.A., and further purchased by Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. are: Luxembourg, Germany, Turkey, USA, Canada, France.

Tire Company Dębica S.A. holds the following certificates supporting business management:

 quality management: IATF 16949 for the design and manufacturing of tires,

 environmental management: ISO 14001 for the production and storage of tires,

occupational health and safety management: OHSAS 18001 for the production and warehousing of tires,

 energy management: ISO 50001 for tire production.

On 31 December 2018 the Company employed 2,872 employees, in 2017 - 2,772
