60 years ago the State Primary Vocational School at Dębica Rubber Works was established. Its mission was the vocational preparation of future workers for the Dębica plant rebuilt after the World War II damage. Though both entities have different names today, Tire Company Dębica S.A. and the Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski School Complex No. 2 at Dębica, have been co-operating for years now, educating consecutive generations of young specialists.<br />

60 lat temu powołano do życia Państwową Zasadniczą Szkołę przy Zakładach Gumowych w Dębicy. Jej zadaniem było przygotowanie zawodowe przyszłych pracowników dębickiego przedsiębiorstwa, odbudowanego po zniszczeniach II wojny światowej. Choć obie instytucje noszą dziś inne nazwy, Firma Oponiarska Dębica S.A. i Zespół Szkół nr 2 im. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego w Dębicy od lat ściśle współpracują, edukując kolejne pokolenia młodych specjalistów.

Tire Company Dębica S.A. won the Business Award of the Subcarpathian Business Club. In the annual poll the Dębica-based tire maker won competition in three categories. The Company took first place in the economic strength category, it is also the leader in the export activity and social activity categories.
